Crossnore Communities for Children utilizes a centralized Referrals and Admissions process in all locations.
Placement programs include outpatient therapy services, campus-based foster care, adoption from foster care, Bridging Families™, Bridging Futures, Homebuilders®, and Family Foundations.

For after-hours referrals, please call (866) 892-6213. If we are unable to take your call immediately, please leave a message. We will respond to inquiries about Homebuilders and campus-based foster care services seven days a week. For all other service inquiries, a team member will respond the next business day.
