Chief Program Officer
Jennifer Love-Pennell is Crossnore’s Chief Program Officer. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare in North Carolina and has passion for implementing quality clinical services and person centered practices. In her position, Jennifer is responsible for the implementation of clinical services across all of Crossnore’s regions, including Outpatient Therapy, Homebuilders, Family Foundations, Tailored Care Management, Referrals and Admissions and Medical Services. She joined Crossnore in 2024 and assumed the title of CPO in 2026.
