Since 1903, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) has championed educational initiatives in rural communities across the United States. Crossnore Communities for Children has proudly held DAR-approved school status since its founding. Members of the NSDAR—known as the Daughters—continue to play a vital role by raising awareness, providing financial contributions, and offering in-kind gifts to support the children and families we serve.
