Child & Family Therapist
Tykara Young is a Child & Family Therapist and a licensed clinical social worker who sees outpatient clients at Clear Creek Elementary and Rugby Middle School. Tykara started at Crossnore in July 2026. She has previous experience in teaching, school-based mental health consultation, and in-home therapy services.Tykara has worked with children and families for over a decade. She is trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy and Circle of Security Parenting.
