Dawn O’Malley, Psy.D. serves as the Senior Clinical Director at Crossnore. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Widener University is a North Carolina Licensed Psychologist with more than 30 years experience working with children and their families. She has led the implementation of trauma-informed care for multiple agencies specializing in both residential and community-based treatment. Dr. O’Malley is a frequent collaborator with public agencies including children’s advocacy groups and social services. She is a Mentor for the Child Trauma Academy and serves as a Trainer and Mentor to clinicians engaged in the Neurosequential Model of Therapies certification process. Prior to Crossnore, Dr. O’Malley worked in leadership roles leading the development of Clinical Practice Guidelines and multi-agency collaboration projects designed to improve the quality of care for clients. She joined the Crossnore family in 2021.
