Adam Jarrell serves as the Senior Director of Staff Development & Resilience for Crossnore, and he joined the Crossnore family in 2012. He received his Bachelor of Social Work from NC State University and his Master of Social Work from East Carolina University. Adam has been involved with the child welfare system for his entire career in a diverse array of services including as a child protective services social worker, addictions counselor working with families involved with the child welfare system, a child and family therapist working with children in out-of-home placements and their families, and in residential services specializing in congregate care for children of all ages experiencing foster care.
