PQI Report

Crossnore School & Children’s Home has a long and proud history of offering quality care to children and families throughout central and western North Carolina. A Performance and Quality Improvement team meets regularly to review the quality of services provided to persons served. The team is comprised of various levels of employees including leadership. The team uses data to drive informed decisions regarding quality improvement opportunities for the organization as a whole, as well as for individual programs.

Racism is Trauma

Crossnore School & Children’s Home exists to be a sanctuary for children and their families and racism destroys sanctuary. Racism is trauma and is part of systemic community trauma that has long term negative impacts on people and communities of color. Crossnore believes that black lives matter, and we are committed to building an anti-racist organization and supporting the development of racial equity in our communities.
